[Kerwin At AI Travel Pulse] You Won't Believe What I Used AI To Do
I talk about how I'm using AI to make my life easier and other travel companies using AI. Plus a cool feature I think you'll love.

Amazing AI Tools
There are some amazing tools out there that can help you with content creation and site maintenance.
In the last issue, I spoke about agentic AI agents that will do stuff for you; you just have to tell them what to do :-). This week, I found another way to make my life easier.
Here’s what I did.
I published a book in January 2018 for my audience; it’s now outdated. I’ve been meaning to get to it and update it, but it’s a ton of work.
So I uploaded it to chatGPT and told it my intentions. In a matter of seconds, it wanted to know if I wanted to have it do the updates and then give me a document to review or we do the updates together.
I told it let’s do the updates together. So item by item, it told me what’s outdated and what’s the updated answer and i either accepted it or fixed it. This task would have taken me forever.
What say you?

💬 Featured Question:
If you had an AI “travel co-pilot” that could handle just one task for you — price tracking, itinerary planning, rebooking when things go wrong, or managing all your confirmations — which would you choose?
Hit reply and let me know. I’ll feature a few of your answers in the next issue.
Google Gemini Storybook
There are many cool AI functionality ouy there to help your travel business, this one by Google is ace! It’s called Storybook. Here is how Google describes it:
Create personalized, illustrated stories about anything with read-aloud narration. Just describe the story you want, add files and photos if you like, and Gemini will create a unique 10-page storybook. Leave no story left untold.
I asked it to create one to let users know that my website, Passrider.com can help them. I was super impressed; it needs some tweaking, but wowza. Here’s one of the storybooks I created - https://g.co/gemini/share/613db6d0f130.
So you can use this feature to create a storybook to illustrate something you wrote on your site.
Try it and send me a link to what you created and let me know if I can share it in the next newsletter.

🧠 AI Tip of the Week
Turn your inbox or travel confirmations into a smart trip dashboard. This is pretty cool; try it.
Instead of copy-pasting flight times, hotel addresses, or booking codes into your notes, try this:
“Summarize the following email confirmations into a day-by-day trip schedule, including flight numbers, check-in times, and hotel details. Output as a clean table with dates.”
Why it works:
Saves time by auto-organizing scattered confirmations.
Creates a shareable itinerary you can send to family, coworkers, or travel buddies.
Works across flights, hotels, car rentals, even event tickets.
💡 Pro move: Export the AI-generated table into Google Sheets or Notion and sync it to your phone for an on-the-go travel dashboard.
🎲 Fun Fact
